My son and I had a wonderful lunch here last July when we stopped as part of a daytrip tour from Ljublijana. The food was fresh and delicious--especially the crisp salad and spaghetti bolognese. The waiter was very charming and attentive. We will be back again this summer because the few precious hours in Piran were just not enough. Part... More

We enjoyed a pleasant outdoor meal in Tartini at Gostlina Mario. Our waiter was something of a character and kept us amused. He must see a lot of tourists. We had a spiced meat kabob, a pork cutlet, and a bowl of mussels. The meat dishes came with French fries that were kind of limp. Meats were over cooked. Mussels... More

We were casually rollerblading in Piran and wanted to have a tasty lunch. We went to Tartini's Square because we thought that on such a premium location the food and service must be good. Well it wasn't. They had quite a few tables outside the restaurant on the square itself and just one waiter to serve all these tables. We... More

I went there with 3 of my friends last night and it was pretty busy so I thought was a good restaurant. The waiter served us the beers and then, aftrer about 10 minutes, he notified us we can only order pasta or grilled things. No fried or pizza neither because their kitchen had some problems. I think they should... More

Retaurant os just a few steps from the Tartini square, with some tales right next to it. Big selction of food, from pizza to fish, stakes even some vegetarian options. We had pizza and vegetarian plate - nothing special.

We had a friendly and attentive waiter. Food was nice overall, only my risotto was really not risotto, but just rice, which was a bit of disappointing surprise. My partner had a nice steak. Setting is lovely on the square. Our kids went off every now and then to walk around. Reasonably priced for such a touristy spot. All in... More

The waiter ignored us most of the night. We waited 15 min for just our wine. The first wine we were brought tasted like vinegar and we had to send it back. The only good thing is that the food was pretty good. Oh and there's a weird table charge as well.

Good food served in generous portions. Cocktails are nice and quite cheap. Good for the whole family as there is a lot of choice on the menu.
