Classic homemade food, very tasty...but portions are gigant and deadly!! 👍😊 It is nessesary to book the table in advance, totally full all the time..

Enormous portions, cheap prices. This restaurant is perfect if you want to taste something typical and rustic about hungarian cuisine. The location is crowded, so reservation is recommended. We ordered a delicious cordon bleu and a plate of chicken with a bacon and cheese sauce....More

I was a little surprised that they didn't have Paprikas Csirke on the menu, but that they did have my other favorite dish - Toltott Paprika. That's highly unusual for a Hungarian restaurant in Hungary - but I'm not complaining! The dish was absolutely fantastic,...More

The place is small and always crowded, which is a good sign. Book a table beforehand, otherwise you won't have a chance. The food is delicious, portions are huge, and prices are very reasonable. Even the waitresses are nice. A great homey place.
Our group of six searched out this restaurant as it received first billing in the Lonely Planet Guide in the area where we were stay (Margaret Island & Northern Pest). Expectations are usually high when chasing a recommendation. Not sure the meals would qualify as...More
