We ordered daily menu (it was Friday and on Fridays its fish day). We got great mascarpone-rosehip soup with goji berries and sole fish fillets with spinach and fresh baked pastry. Really enjoyed our time there

Good selection on menu, we went for breakfast (not sure what the lunch options are) order your food at one till, pay at the second till and they bring food over. Food tasty, cafe is cute with a little quirky touches.

If you want quick, tasty healthy food this is a good pit stop. Fill up on the aubergine and split pea curry with lovely fruit smoothies for a vitamin fix. Quick service, no fuss.

I came here every morning for breakfast with my hen party as it's not pricey at all and the food and juices/smoothies are fresh. Grabbing a seat is a challenge as it's so popular and busy but they do have adequate seating once you find somewhere. I'll be coming here again when I return to Budapest! Try the freshly squeezed... we were here at lunch on a normal weekday: DO NOT attempt this. the place was overly full, there was no seating available anywhere and we had to wait a good 5 minutes before we could even order. there were around 8 staffmembers behind the counter, all continuously in the way of each other, and nobody attended to the growing... Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
