We had a lot of coffee during our stay in Budapest, this was definitely the tastiest,I had one with chocolate and whipped cream with a slice of the brownie and ice cream, one of the best brownies of my life! The staff we're more than pleasant, they are not chefs and dont do a lot of cooking so making sandwiches will... More

Extremely elegant, but relaxed setting for coffee with a large selection of cakes. This time we had very good sandwiches on our way to a concert at the Liszt Academy around the corner. Courteous service and reasonable prices.

It absolutely blew me away and whilst it's not the cheapest and will cost you a bit more to get a coffee and a slice of cake, it's what I'd... More

What a find at the back of a bookshop up the stairs to the top! This was a store and then reopened as a smart bookstore. Near Octagon and tricky to find at first, well worth the search. A stunningly beautiful decor with music sometimes, a little expensive but worth every penny - lovely coffee and the brownie cake was... More

This is a must do for anyone visiting Budapest. Discreetly hidden on one of the floors of this stunning art nouveau building housing a bookshop, it is well worth seeking out, if only to relax in one of the most beautiful rooms in Budapest whilst enjoying one of the best tasting coffees in town. Also recommend the Vhalrona (high quality... More

I came here with a friend to have a break from visiting the city and we couldn't have chosen better! Perfect place to relax a bit after having spent the day sightising. The music played at the piano makes the place even more relaxing and the decor is just delightful. Highly recommended.
