Ok food, can't say it was good pasta, it was very fresh and lovely place, but not so good service, waiter forgot to give us a spoon for pasta. Prices are average for this level restaurant. Won't go there again

All pasta is fresh, the sauces are tasteful, just ask the italian chef for the right combination and he will help you! There could have been a wider variety in the menu, but this doesn't influence the overall quality of the food. Highly recommended!!!

The pasta was fresh. Unfortunately they didn't cook it long enough so some of it was still cold. Not much sauce and they were average flavor. Nice selection of pasta and a cute little restaurant.

Very good, very fresh, good service, easy going and kind people. It's very easy to find right in the middle of Budapest.

We live in Budapest for 4 years now and since 2 Spaghi has opened, we keep coming back because it simply the best pasta you can find in town. The guys are always friendly. Selection is small but always tasty, you can also enjoy it with a glass of house wine. Definitely it is not the place if you want... More

I had the mascarpone and nuts ravioli with the basil and tomatoe sauce as recommended by the chef/server and it was delicious. Can't wait to try their whole wheat pasta. The highlight of our lunch was the sweet and kind Italian chef/server who made us feel at home.

It looked fresh, but what I received was not as fresh as what was shown in the front of the store. Pasta was al dente and hard in places the Ravioli filling was inconsistent in flavor. I was a bit underwhelmed. Despite being underwhelmed I would be willing to trying again, but would steer clear of the Ravioli, as portion... More

Very good choice in case you do not want to eat anything so fattening like Hungarian meals. Fresh and very delicious pasta! Totally worth it if you are a bit disappointed by Hungarian food.

2Spaghi is the first pasta bar in Budapest managed by Italians! You may choose from our fresh-made pastas that you may eat on the spot with the sauces of the day, or you can take it away upon request! We are working with huge enthusiasm day-by-day, using fresh ingredients, durum flour and the best tomatoes and Italian cheese! A tiny but all the more cordial shop in the bustling life of Gozsdu Courtyard, where you can eat the real, fresh , home-made Italian pasta.

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
