We stopped here for coffee and some desserts, we had Flodni - typical Jewish cake, which was extremely rich and quite tasty. The other dessert was nothing special to speak of. It is a tiny place with a couple of tables. Can be nice though.

You can find this cake in a lot of place in Budapest, however in this coffee you have the opportunity to try the traditional Hungarian Jewish cake. It's a family recipe and it cost HUF 750.

The service was fast and kind. The sweets (a flodni and a dobostorte) were excellent and the cappuccinos were the best we had in Budapest.

Flodni is the Hungarian Jewish cake. Best done in Budapest. The best in Budapest is Rachel's Flodni. Therefore it's the best in the world.
