First goulash in Hungary. No need to look elsewhere. Wife had the goulash soup and I, beef stew with dumplings. Tasty, plentiful, quick and attentive service.

Food is fine but the waiters are stressed out, ignorant, rude and generally don’t have any idea about hospitality.

We ate a fine dinner here. The place is in the center of Budapest party place but you can eat in calm and quiet place inside if you need it. The steamed mussels was fine but the baked potatoes is not the perfect garnish for...More

When visiting Budapest this is my "home away from home". Relaxed atmosphere, the food is excellent without being pretentious. Staff is friendly and always in for a joke. Try their specials, they are amazing.

I visited with my partner a few days ago in search of a restaurant close to our hostel, and we found despite the cheap prices that lured us in, the restaurant had a good atmosphere, beautifully decorated and very fast service

District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses
the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and
colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in
an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes
and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic
crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of
the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in
Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly
