We often go there with my friends. The place has self service system, so it's quite cheap. Smoking is possible on the terrace.

The place has some great coffee and it is really cheap. About €1 for a latte and it has a great speedy free wifi. It has indoor and outdoor seating and smokers can enjoy the shaded sitting area located outside. Staff is friendly and they can communicate in English. I am in Budapest for a couple of days and I... The place is an average loud and noisy pub with a lot of young people, cigarette smoke, common drinks and a few snacks/sandwiches. Don't expect any special stuff here. It is an OK pub, but there are much better places in the area.

This pub is located close to the Blaha Lujza square. The inner part is pretty big, however the seats are very limited outside. Prices are okay. The place is good to sit in for a beer and have a chat or have some drinks with friends but do not plan dates here as it is not a romantic place at... More

Nothing fancy but good prices and good variety. Coffee is quite good, not a proper coffee house but OK. It has a nice terrace with roof where you can also smoke. They are also selling paninis.

Nice bar that has music and to screens playing sport. Drinks are a good price and pretty good value. When I went it was 10 shots of jäger for 2000hf. Which is about a fiver. Beer was 210huf for 0.3l Cheap place for drinks with ur mates. No food.

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
