I have been here couple times and the experience is the same: this is a top-quality restaurant. Nice atmosphere, quality food and drinks, great and fast service. Their Chocolate Bomb is a must try. Though it is also a calorie bomb.

We started from goose liver and smoked trout. Continued with wild boar filet and pike filet. The dishes and service were just great. The waiter was professional, friendly and suggested wines, and he really knows where they were produced and what are the characteristics.

We went there with my girlfriend to celebrate a new contract between us :) A collegue of mine recommended this place, she is from Veszprém. So, the waiters, the place, the chef and the food, wine, everything was excellent! We were really lucky that autumn day because Estonian chef were there and we could taste some really interesting combination of... More

We went there because Villa Medici was closed to the public that day. It is in a historic settign in dowtown Veszprém, with a pleasant courtyard. The menu is varied, the dishes we tried were excellent. It is a bit pricier than the average restaurant in the countryside, but the quality is well above average, so this is definitely value... The restaurant is in the center of the town, but in a small unattractive street so it is easy to miss, especially if you do not know it exists. The external appearance of the restaurant from the street is not such as to lure you inside, that might use a little work. But if you do enter, you are in... More

It was hard to find this restaurant, half-hidden below the castle. The food and drink was really delicious and well served. The waiter - although didn't know it by heart - even investigated what those decorative lilac beads could have been on my light summer nectarine cake: liofilized viola! All in all, I found the place a bit overpriced, yet... More

We had a nice meal with a friend and two young children. I expected a little more for the price we paid. The meals tasted nice but it wasn't something extraordinary. I even had a quarter of a nutshell in my lunch which wasn't to pleasant to bite on. The staff was polite and helpful and the overall atmosphere is... More

Highly recommended lunch and dinner place. Excellent hand craftes beers from Zirc Abbey and a Must-try chocolate suffle. Moderate price and kind waiters are just bonuses

Love this place. Go every 1-2 months. Waiters are really friendly and polite. And the food is excellent. Go and try it! You won't regret it!

The best meal in town, every detail is perfect and they think of the children, too! Friendly staff, very good bodzaszörp and the most beautifully served palacsinta I've ever seen. Quiet place with a very good taste.
