Traditional Lithuanian cuisine and interior. Maybe there is no better price performance ratio in the entire Baltic region. But do not expect complex flavours!

Really cosy atmosphere. The Venison soups we had were really tasty. Our car tire was damaged just when arriving to Kaunas and the staff at the restaurant helped us with finding a place to fix it. Nice experience.

A very nice and cosy place. A little out of the way form the old town but can recommend the place. I had the wild mushroom soup served in a hole ryebread. Very interesting way to serve. Soup had a nice taste but few mushrooms and to many potatoes for my taste.

This was our first Lithuanian meal. The inside of the restaurant is eclectic. It was large but practically empty on the Tuesday night we ate there. The menu is extensive with lots of pictures. I ordered mushroom potato pancakes and it was three pancakes with mushrooms on the middle and a mushroom cream sauce. It looked as it was also... More

Drawn by the idea of authenticit Lithuanian food, we selected carefully but we're overall disappointed by the fare. The wine was pricey, the soup in bread was expensive and not very interesting, whilst our main courses were average and a little bland. Good service and very interesting surroundings made up for our food to some extent.

We went there to try their cepelinas and where nicely surpriced with the atmosphere in that place. It is designed in countryside style and menu is also more traditional. Food was great and prices not high. Would definetely recommend this place

The food was nice but the atmosphere was very kitch - obviously a place for tourists that relies heavily on visitors looking for an old-fashioned place.

Went her for dinner one night, got seated easily upstairs. Our waitress was very kind and helpful. Spoke in English and happy to answer questions about the menu. Very friendly compared to some service we'd had in restaurants. Food portions were good. We ordered four dishes to share between the two of us and both left very full! Great food... More

This restaurant located in the heart of old Kaunas, right beside the Cathedral. They offer traditional Lithuanian cuisine. Try their mushroom soup in bred and the „Cepelinai” (a type of dumpling made from potatoes and filled with meat) – it`s very tasty
