Horrible service, there was a private party with loud russian pop music downstairs. Food was uneatable.

After a lot of great reviews I went there with great expectations but I was completely disappointed. Food was tasteless especially rainbow trout. It looked like they don't have any spicies. As a result we went for a desert to another place.

One of my first try of 2013 in unattended restaurants. Service was friendly, the food was excellent, the dessert very tasty and the portions were fitting so that I was not willing to eat anymore after the dessert. I don't understand people complaining about this venue. I think that they should give it another chance.

Popped in for lunch here while trying to get our bearings in Vilnius. My better half had cauliflower soup followed by a creme caramel. Both were nice. I had a boef burgignon which tasted nice but sadly the meat was a little on the chewy side. On the plus side though, service was good and the price very reasonable

I liked restaurant, atmosphere, service etc, but the main reason we go to restaurant usually is to eat. And food is really bad here its simply amazing, how can they have such horrible food in a place that looks pretty decent. Even though I liked other aspects of restaurant I simply can't give more than one star when food was... More

This restaurant on the outskirts of the old town is well worth a visit. The food is hearty and flavourful - for mains we had the coq au vin, beef bourgignon and moules mariniere, which were all excellent. Would particularly recommend the chocolate fountain for dessert! The most distinctive thing about this place is definitely the service. The owner and... More

Have traveled in most of South America and much of Europe. Finding this restaurant was a wonderful experience. Friends, one lives here, introduced me to the restaurant. It was a dining experience I won't forget. Have returned several times and each meal was outstanding. The waitresses are very helpful. The decor is welcoming and lovely. The owners gracious and interesting.... More

Just returned for our second visit and have plans to go back very soon. We have been in Vilnius for over 3 weeks and have eaten in a number of restaurants. We met the owner and his wife. He has made recommendations for our next meal. The service was great. The seasoning was just right in each dish. We could... More

Based on other reviews, which appear very mixed, I had to try this restaurant. Off the beaten track, so passing tourist trade will be limited. Decor is most unusual - a mixture of what appears to be left-over communist era furniture and walls decorated with French provincial flags and a huge photo of the Eiffel tower. Service was very friendly,... More
