Excellent decor and food to match. The crispy duck with pancakes was excellent but we ran out of pancakes before we finished the duck. Definitely recommend it and would eat there again.

The staff were charming and efficient, the food was good, but nothing special but the pricing was utterly crazy, especially the wine. Add that they have a policy not to serve a glass of water with your over priced plonk wine and your glass of...More

Four of us visited. Lovely welcome. Very nice inside and good ambiance. Service excellent. Very good English spoken by staff. Starters of the tuna salad and the ribs were beautiful presented and all tasted delicious. Same with the duck, spicy chicken (not too spicy and...More

Great Asian place in the Old Town of Tallinn. Tasty food - the fish soup and duck pancakes were really good. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. This place is guarantee for a great night out

Nice atmosphere - more modern than many Chinese restaurants in UK. Portion size small but prices expensive for what it was. Wines also expensive, as seems to be the case in Estonia.

The restaurant interior is beautiful, the attention to detail....perfect and well styled. Chairs, tables, china, glasses, all beautifully edited and presented. Even your coat check is an opportunity to present a beautiful number sewed onto a handsome set of chopsticks. The food, too, is beautiful,...More

I come to Chedi when in Tallinn, occasionally, since it opened. It has had its ups and downs, as had the "Sparkling" mini-chain it belongs to; today, it is a very good Asian fusion restaurant. Don't let the whiners get to you; if you read...More

Chedi illustrates the wide range of influences that Tallinn through its geographic positioning has had. It serves good Chinese/Asian food in a modern, contemporary setting in an older building. There is a good wine list of fine wines. The service was good.

Chedi is quite expensive & creates an upscale setting to support those prices. We had three dishes, of varying quality. The halibut was lightly dusted & cooked in tasty spices. It was excellent. The spicy chicken (filleted pieces) was more sweet than spicy. The tofu...More

The food was okay, but got an allergic reaction from the food despite telling them about my nut allergy. This is not acceptable from a restaurant with such high prices!

A warm and cosy contemporary Asian-style decor: high vaulted ceiling, large windows, decoratively revealed fragments of brickwork, laconic dark wood tables (the larger ones,of course, equipped with a revolving central part) sans tablecloths, a stylised stupa andsakura branches on one side of the room. Authentic chairs (imported from China),impressive Zen-style loos built in antique medieval vaults. The central niche with its twored and gold-painted trees is reminiscent of the splendid landscapes in Hero, the fi lm bythe Chinese director Zhang Yimou.
