You cannot miss this restaurant! The atmosphere is amazing, it really feels as if you traveled back in time. The food is just sooo tasty and affordable! Get the soup and pastry, they are excellent!

The restaurant is in town hall building. All the decorations and waitress’s dress look very “medieval”. Not sure if the dim light inside is to add some “medieval” atmosphere. It’s actually quite dark inside ,and I can hardly see my food! They mainly serve soup,...More

if you are a fan of mead and eating traditional food this is the place for you. yes it is a bit touristy due to it's close proximity to the main square but it is totally worth going at least once.

We had to wait in line about 15 minutes. Food was excellent. Our experience was similar to others, I would definitely go back again.

Great place to hide from the cold for a bit, though the place is small so you might take some time to find sitting but a great experience! Their pies and soup were really good and warming to the soul.

Fun place right in the heart of Old Town to get a drink and have a laugh. It will make you feel like you're back in the Middle Ages. Go - be a tourist and enjoy!

This place is amazing! Its a self service, just like in 1402. Eat is eaten by a knife, and you have to drink the soup. Best soup I have ever tried. The waitress is not rude as some people would say, it's all the part...More

I doubt that, as they didn't know about gluten in 1453. But it's more of a place where you go for a quick lunch, so it won't take long to figure that out. They got soup (mostly meat, you gotta ask), pies (like a shepherd's... More

Located under the 12th Century Raekoda (Town Hall) building in the main square of Old Town Tallinn, Kolmas Dragon (or the Third Dragon) is a small medieval-themed tavern. This charming eatery with its beautiful-period interior is hosted daily by a group of petulant housekeepers whose job it is to entertain all-comers with their brusque and rude service manner. However this is all purely theatrical - a style that is closer to the behaviour that one would have received in the medieval ages. Specialities that are served include beef ribs, elk soup, savoury pastries, pickles from a barrel, teas, wines and the famous house beer. All those who enter should therefore be ready for not only tasty foods and beverages but also to some exceptionally entertaining service.
