We had a lovely Lobster lunch a few days before Christmas sat in the sunshine. Some great coffee and ice cream to follow. The place was so busy but the service was great and the fish so fresh! Delicious!

At the end of the day it's fish & chips. Had the snapper & chips cooked well & not over done. Enjoyable to eat. Restaurant itself is very busy & at times quite ferral with all the leftover plates & food fallen on floor. Just feel the price is to much for what is essentially a basic fish & chips

Can't miss it when you are in Freemantle. Fresh food and all kinds of seafood are in the menu and you can enjoy your dining experience by sitting next to the harbor. Great fish and chips! And, the most important thing is, you get the experience of enjoying a good lunch or dinner in Freemantle.

If you want fresh fish, Kailis is a must. You can have fish done your way, they even have BBQ, with everything from squid and prawns to snapper and mussels. Meals are big, there is a bar and a tea and coffee counter. We enjoyed our fish and chips but we made room for ice cream.

Numerous places to eat right by this little harbour but we were attracted to Kailis' with its s large outdoor seating area - and that was before we checked out the menu! Reasonably priced, lots of choice, freshly cooked seafood, generous servings, decent salads and chips! Yum! What more could you ask for? Drinks? Of course! Again - plenty of... More

Good cheap feed. Wine selection poor. Food typical fish & chips. Very busy so orders can be mixed up. Smoking allowed outdoors which spoiled it for us. Watch out for birds grabbing your food!

If visiting Fremantle you must eat st Kailis Fish Market. It's not cheap and it is like a self service cafe, but the choice of fish available including Lobster cooked in many different ways is tremendous. Well worth the money

Loved it here - the weather was great so we get to sit on the terrace and enjoy our dinner. Tried the family combo; grilled squid and also the marinates ( prawns; squid; sardines). We loved it so we made time and went a second time for takeout the following days. Prices are good for such a location

The marketing of this venue overstates the quality of its food by a fair margin dined there yesterday had fish platter which consisted of ordinary fish , manufactured scallops ,minute mussels ,scraps of squid four small prawns and ok chips @$49.50 it was overpriced after looking forward to going there was very disappointed

Sorry, very disappointing visit to the second best rated Seafood restaurant in Freemantle. The seafood combo was OK regarding the scallops and fish, but the squid consisted on the tail ends of the squid, notoriously though. The chilli muscles was half a litre of tomato sauce with muscles that competed in size with my little toe nail. No flavour on... More
