We ate here on a Monday so it was nice and quiet and relaxing. We sat outside in the Brewseum part. I order a chicken parmy at any pub we go to and this one was by far the BEST!!! And I've had my fair share! Also my fiancé had a steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The... More

Remembered this pub from my navy days in the 70's. Doesn't brew its own beer now but still an iconic pub with a good Aussie atmosphere. The wife was happy as the market is right next door as well.

Food and service great. Outlook to sea whilst dining was very relaxing. One of the better restaurants on the harbour foreshore.

This is a large old pub in the heart of beautiful Fremantle. Many original features have been restored so it is a great pleasure to visit. Not so good is the food and poor service.

This well positioned pub receives a lot of day trippers. There's a large selection of beers, some even hand pumped which is nice considering I'm from the UK. Check if the $7 pints are available. However in the nine weeks of our holiday so far. Three times I've had to ask different servers to top up the wine to the... More

The Sail & Anchor bar is always busy and for a good reason. The bar is authentic and has a good atmosphere. It has a big range of beers on tap, including local Fremantle brewery beers. There is also sitting space outside the pub on the street.

The Sail & Anchor used to be one of my favourite Fremantle pubs serving well priced great beers and great food. Sadly, those days are behind us and all that is left is a pale, dirty relic of the past glory days. I went there on a late Sunday afternoon two weeks ago for a pint and a meal, only... More

Absolutely great place. Fantastic older building with a great atmosphere and brilliant views of the surrounding area from the balcony. Five of us (family) had lunch here, on 'parmi Tuesday' extremely good value for money, and lots of great food. The staff (especially our Canadian waitress) were fantastic, and we even got offered a beer on the house as it... More

Not a good experience I'm affraid. Sliw service to get served for a drink Sunday lunch time no enough staff on . Orded food seem to take a long time again to arrive ,20 to 30 mins and when we got the meal the chips were cold had to send them back and the chicken burger and beef burger were... More

While on holiday in Rockingham , we visited Freemantle a few times , and always called in here for a meal and a drink , we enjoyed the atmosphere and great food , and of course the staff mainly Ben and Tammy , who were great fun on our last visit before leaving Australia for home ,we took our cousins...
