I've booked the restaurant weeks in advance to guarantee the availability. Notwithstanding, it was difficult to negotiate the menu and to make sure there was enough room for the guests. In the end, the room alocated to us wasn't big enough, very far from the kitchen and with only 1 waiter to take care of almost 20 people. Net time... More

Went to this restaurant with a party of 4 and the experience was truly split. The appetizer of hummus was amazing, probably the best hummus we have ever had. My complaint was they gave you a very small amount of pita and veggies to dip with. When we asked for more because we had lots of hummus left but nothing... More

Came here on Saturday morning for boozy brunch and was not disappointed. Our waiter was super attentive and never did I see the bottom of my glass. Food was good nothing crazy special, but if you're looking for a great bottomless deal you've found your place.

On Thanksgiving not much open it town so we went to the Max Hatter. I fully understand a reduced menu but we ordered fish and chips and the fish was Tilapia. It wasn't pleasant to eat. The service is OK. Will I come back here? Yes if it is the only restaurant open in town.

It is VERY rare that I ever undertip, but this place was deserving. Stopped in here on a Sunday night and the place wasn't busy other than patrons sitting at bar. My date and I found two seats and sat there for about 10 minutes. We were finally acknowledged by someone who said "Are you doing okay?" Well...we have no... More

Stopped in here during a short visit to DC because I was intrigued by the Alice in Wonderland reference. Loved the art - it was the best part of my experience. Service, even at the bar, was painfully slow. My steak & egg brunch burrito was remarkably average, although I did like the ranchero sauce and the home fries were... More

Went here because it looked better than Luna, but in the end not sure it was. From the street the Luna looked too much like a diner; but then the Mad Hatter looked like just a bar. In the end the Mad Hatter is a large bar with a separate dining room. We ate in the dining room, but certainly... More

Went in without reservations and were able to eat at the bar. Had brunch and bottomless champagne (bottomless mimosas are available) and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The restaurant is decorated with original Alice in Wonderland art - from the book - and is a very cool place to check out.

We were in town for my bachelorette weekend and my MOH brought us here because of my obsession with Alice in Wonderland. We were greeted and seated immediately when we enter. Our waiter as great, he came over talked through the brunch menu with us and got our mimosas started right away...$14 bottomless mimosas for 2 hours (definitely can't beat... More

Held the rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding here in a private room (complete with a restroom). The fit was tight (30 people) but the choice and food were excellent; everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was quick and thorough. Thanks to Roberto & Freddie for a pleasant evening!
