Came with wife/sons while visiting Georgetown/GWU. I had a tart cherry shake which was quite tasty. Kids liked their burgers. Super thick bacon on them. My wife thought burger so-so but she doesn't have the same appetite as my teenage boys. They have liquor milk shakes that sounded good (Bad Cubmaster with marshmallow vodka and some chocolatey liquor sounded like... More

Although it's a burger spot I tried the chicken sandwich which I found to be a little flavorless. The strawberry shake made up for what the sandwich lacked.

Great burgers, pricey but worth it! The burgers were so delicious we all ended up sharing. Sweet potato fries, great. Onion rings, outstanding. Adult beverages were also amazing.

I ate here this past Mon., 4/10/17, with a friend. I had a nice, flame-broiled burger served medium rare with a slice of tomato and no fries, while my dining companion ordered something a little more elaborate. Beverages were a Coke Zero (for me) and a lemonade (for him). Refills were free. The "Tap" portion of this burger joint's name... More

Visited here as a result of consulting TripAdvisor on our trip to DC. My son and I had the Thigh High chicken burger, and my husband had the $6 Chuck. I had a taste of my husband's burger and it was delicious, I wished I had had the beef burger. My burger was tasty and juicy but it was quite... More

After an 8 hour trip(due to traffic...yuck), we arrived in Washington DC. We decided that we're in the mood for a burger, so picked this location based on a Trip Advisor search. The SoCal Pilgrim turkey burger was delicious and my boyfriend loved his house burger with Benton bacon and caramelized onions. The only drawback was the hectic atmosphere since... More

Appears to be a popular burger stop from folks of all ages. Enjoyed my house burger mostly because of the condiments (caramelized onions & Benton bacon). Sweet potato fries were ok but the onion rings were better (large portion). Tables were hard to find for a Monday night. Found a broken table outside. Staff was friendly and would rate it... More

We had 2 burgers with fries and fountain sodas. This was our first taste of fountain soda in the US and we were quite surprised by how chlorinated the water tastes... I get that this is not the fault of the restaurant. The burger was good but nothing fancy at all. I don't get the tipping. On our receipt it... More

The place was crowded and busy but by sitting at the counter we got fast, friendly service. I had the Big Daddy and it was the best burger I have ever had (and I come from green chile cheeseburger country). At only $8 it has to be one of the best bargains in DC. The onion rings were to die... More

The food here was amazing. My friends and I ate here for lunch while visiting D.C. The service was great and the wait wasn't long either.
