Visited with a local/regular. Really had a fun time. Bartenders were friendly and the oysters and mussels were out of this world.

Best thing ever with cheesy grits. This is what I have when I come. Tried the whole pig which is good but... not pork cheeks. Of course, What is?

I was taken to pearl dive by people who live in the neighborhood, The staff is friendly and personal. The food is delicious, the bartenders are fun, attentive and knowledgeable. A great place to visit! Highly recommended!

Great Martini .... great half-priced oysters.... and do not miss the mussels, need extra bread for the sauce....for Happy Hour.. It will be packed ... its not a secret that they... More

I love seafood and came to this restaurant as it was featured on a couple of "best seafood" lists for DC. The staff was very nice and pleasant and the cocktails were good, but the food was disappointing. I had the oysters to start which were fine, followed by the salad with shrimp. This salad is very heavy (too much... More

Arrived at happy hour on Friday and the place looked packed - but it was the bar area and we were seated quickly. Service was excellent and our waitress was very knowledgeable on the great selection of oysters they offered. Tried 4 different types (half dozen each). Amazingly fresh and different flavors and textures. Then had fish that was cooked... More

Walked in the door looking for a Miller light. So the downstairs bartender sent us upstairs. We had half price muscles and half price oysters. The Sunday afternoon special. They were so good, I mean super good. I am not a fan of raw Oyster but these were so good I ate five. The flavor of the muscles was excellent.... More

Good beer and good seafood, how could one go wrong? Had the fish of the day, and really enjoyed my meal. It was nicely prepared, and not something I could easily duplicate. Overall, I see why this place gets great reviews. The service was very attentive, and kept our water glasses filled, a plus on a hot late summer day.

Ordered two trays of oysters on the half shell, tried all the varieties. Not my thing but the husband and friends raved how delicious! We also has two hot oysters appetizers, cornmeal crusted and one with a hollandaise type sauce with corn and bacon. Both were scrumptious but be aware the andouille has a lot of kick. The majority of... More
