The staff just incredible friendly they seem genuinely very happy to have us(G&Girlfriend) there. Ricardo our server, always managed to appear right when someone needed him. It's not expensive gourmet dining but the dishes were quality. Food was authentic nicely presented and delicious. Five starts was gained by the staff (Ricardo and Mike)

This was our first stop flying in for a 4 day weekend. We were told that the food was authentically cooked, and maybe it was but I wasn't wowed. The chips and salsa were tasty, but I found the chimichanga con carnita to be a bit salty. The Coquito shots were more cinnamon than anything else, and my daughter who... More

Having never tried traditional Cuban food, we decided to give this place a try as it was close to our apartment near the Eastern Markets. A very atmospheric restaurant with very lively staff, we started the evening with a Cuban cocktail, and then ordered our food. Complementary chips and dips were provided while we waited for our food. My wife... More

Went to this place my first night in DC. The food was great and would come back to get more. The restaurant gave you all the chips and salsa you want. However, I only sat on the outdoor patio. I went inside to check out the upstairs to the bar area and it was super packed with drunk guests of... More

Not really Mexican food fans but it was recommended so........ Anyway, they do Cuban food too - which was a revelation! We ate here a couple of times during the week and it was very good both times. Great atmosphere, lethal cocktails (we aren't lightweights but ONE Cadillac Margharita was enough!), and the food was unusual - on our first... More

I visited this restaurant my first night in DC. While the food was good, and I would come back for more, I would not like to sit inside. The night I visited there was a birthday party in the upstairs bar. The people were so loud, you could hear them downstairs where the other guests were dining. Awesome food, but... More

The food here was decent. They had a mix of Puerto Rican/Cuban/Mexican food. Nothing great but the food was pretty good. May have been better if they stuck to one thing. Did not like the chips and salsa. The salsa was very generic and lacked flavor. The environment was family friendly but there was a couple there who were basically... More

The pricing was pretty good and it's fun to eat on the outside patio. But the fun was rather bland. Not bad or anything, but for Cuban food, we were looking for more spice.
