Website is slightly deceiving. The restaurant is much more casual than the website suggests. It feels like an Italian diner. We ordered appetizers and no sooner than they arrived, the entrees were coming with no place to put them. The waiter said he was "surprised" they came so soon. As a result they ended up cold. The gluten free pasta... More

Excellent food, wine and service. Delicious and authentic. We had the calamari and the tragliere. Then pizzas. Definitely would come again.

My friends and I are military and were stationed in Naples, Italy for 2years. Since we've been back in the US we CRAVE authentic Napolitan style and we found it here! Great variety and good pastas too. Decent wine list. A must go if you want the same!

Went in for a weekend lunch and surrounded by three tables of Italian-speaking families, so you know the food is authentic! Gnocchi, meat ravioli, lobster ravioli were all delicious and accompanied by fantastic sauces! Now to the price, lunch with one glass of wine / alcoholic beverage per person and 2 shared desserts - $45/person before tip. So if you... More

We had dinner at Il Canale and loved it. It's a nice small restaurant but obviously popular since it was full when we were there. The calamari was an excellent start and cooked just right, not over cooked as is often the case. The pasta portions were generous but not huge, so we managed to eat them all. The cannoli... More

From the greeting upon entry to the kind words when we left, this cozy restaurant is a class act. Delicious salads, fab meatball, cannelloni to die for and yummy pizza all make this the place for great Italian. All of the servers were nice and attentive, especially our waiter Mohamed. Nothing but praise for this lovely Italian restaurant.

They just don't know how to cook the pasta al dente ...twice the pasta came over cooked ! Madonna Mia! Ma non la sanno fare . The restaurant has a lot of Italian staff on the floor but not sure if that is the case in the kitchen ! ma il cuoco ..Mamma d''o Carmene, Cuoco ti sei immortalato .... More

Lasagna was homemade in individual dishes- very good. Average caesar salad and the house salad dressing just tasted like lemon juice- not a lot of flavor. "Bread" was pizza dough with herbs- warm and good. Tiramisu served in large shotglass- ok but not the best I have had. Pizza at other tables looked good. I will say it was a... More
