This made us so happy. We haven't had such good tapas since we were in Spain years ago. The Sangria prepared tableside is A-mazing, and worth the price, it is a very large pitcher, easily 8 glasses of sangria. The gambas al ajillo and mushroom...More

For budget minded travellers I highly recommend seeking out Jaleo for lunch. We had a great meal here and enjoyed nearly every course we were served as a party of 4. Everybody in the group enjoyed wonderful service. The drinks were great too and included...More

The 1 star is for the food being pretty good. But if you are going with a big group AVOID IT at all cost! We got seated kinda quickly considering we were 12 people without a reservation. Everyone had a drink at the bar and...More

Spanish wannabe restaurant, nice location and nice place. Smaller tapas ever, trying to be fancy but expensive for what you get.

We had a wonderful pre-theatre dinner. Service was quick and professional, tapas were delicious. We particularly liked the Iberian sausage and the manchego with apple. I hadn't been there for a long time, it is as good as ever! Beatiful new décor too.

Second time at Jaleo in 18 months. Great staff (Marisa a hostess and Sergio our Peruvian waiter). Exceptional wine list (about 10 priorats). Awesome food. Three perfect reasons to visit; but if you need another think support for Jose's relief services.

Jaleo was a spontaneous lunch choice for us; we walked in on a whim. At first, I mistook it for a sports bar because the first thing I noticed were the TV screens playing the World Cup. Then I reminded myself that these people are...More
