We were a large group and we have done their set meals that is shared around the table guests -Spanish style. The food was exquisite and the restaurant has a great atmosphere.

Great atmosphere with nice sangria and nice paella (seafood one recommended). Only thing that speaks to its disadvantage is the big TV-screens, this seems more like the place where you would go for a laid back dinner

All I can really say about this place is that it wasn't bad, really just about pretty good. I had the tapas $14 lunch special which allowed you to choose two items from a pretty sizable list of meat, seafood and vegetable tapas. I had a chicken skewer one, along with a chicken salad. The chicken was dry and the... More

La Tasca is a British owned chain of Spanish restaurants. The tapas that we have had at La Tasca were good but not great. This La Tasca is a very large place across from the Verizon Center in DC. Extensive menu of Spanish food, mainly small helping tapas plates but also including paellas (30 minute wait). Nice drink menu. Decent... More

We've been to the Baltimore location and were very impressed. We were hoping for the same experience in D.C. but unfortunately, it didn't happen. We were the first ones seated in our particular section, so our server immediately appeared. But once a few more parties were sat, it went downhill. It was clear that he was overwhelmed, trying to wait... More

My group and I enjoyed the kind and courteous service of or wait staff. The desserts and drinks were good but the food in general was not the high quality Tapas we ate accustomed to and the restaurant in general felt slightly run down and dirty

We went on a weeknight with a reservation Made that day and it was decently busy. It was very loud. Excellent sangria and excellent tapas. The paella is not as good and would recommend you stick with tapas for your money.

Went for my birthday with a girlfriend and had a wonderful time. We ordered the tasting menu. Great to not think about it. They brought the food and we just ate it. It was all good!

Two co-workers and I decided to stroll the streets of DC and look for a bite to eat for dinner. We came across La Tasca, which looked inviting from the street side window. I'm glad we stopped in because it had a really nice atmosphere. The food was good, nothing to complain about, I've just had better. But the atmosphere... More
