Etete, located at 9th & U Street NW, in the heart of the highly developed Shaw District, has reopened its doors, with a new look and menu. Chef Christopher Roberson has created global small plates, with an Ethiopian influence. Collaborating with the owner's Yared & Henok Tesfaye's mother, Etete, the namesake of the restaurant, Chef Roberson has incorporated her special traditional spices, flavors and techniques, with his dishes, while ensuring the integrity of her "classics", that her followers love. Experience Ethiopian flavors in a new way!
