The American Licorice Company (since 1914) from Union City are visiting the restaurant promoting their Red Vines licorice. I scored a t-shirt and a lot of free Red Vines. I ordered a classic cheeseburger (onions) with garlic fries both came out perfect. A traditional burger that will fill you up, they love their garlic and onions at this restaurant.

I like Twoheys but it can be a bit asst the higher end of the price direction for a restaurant. The chili was really good for dinner. Monday through Friday they have good value with their eye opener breakfast promotion. The food is good and wait staff friendly.

This is a long standing, local restaurant. The food is average but the fountain specials are good. I grew up on their hot fudge sundaes. We now go for breakfast. The brought back their secret breakfast. You get two eggs, hash browns, and toasts. Bacon, ham or sausage is $1.00 extra. Coffee is 99 cents with this breakfast. The decor... More

We've been twice and twice come away with real stomach issues. It's a local classic, a diner style place with plastic booths and menus with distracted staff, average food and a long wait line outside. Just don't get why it is such a hit.

Twoheys is a diner style coffee shop that is popular with the locals, a very complete selection on the menu of lunch or dinner plates. Dinners typically would be a club style sandwich with coleslaw side, an order of fries or rings, and a soft drink or coffee. Some choices of steak and chicken dinners. For a healthy side choice,... Twohey's is the place to come if you feel like an old school ice-cream sundaes. The hot fudge and fresh cream is their signature. You can choose from Twohey's Bittersweet, Milk Chocolate and Caramel for your sundae. For me, I love the bittersweet fudge. It's just right. I have not tried their breakfast, lunch nor dinner yet but I will... More

Our California relatives recommended Twohey's for burgers and sundaes. The surrounding area is quite crowded with an In and Out burger next door. Twohey's itself has been around since 1948. It has an old time-modern look. Burgers are their specialty but they have a wide range of selections. Our table of 6 had little 'stinko' burgers, onion rings, a Rueben,... More

Dinner tonight was a treat. Not sure what to expect with a full parking lot and not many diners. No worries, the food was good and the staff very accommodating. We would return next vacation to the area.

Passed this intersection for 23 years and tonight was the first time we wandered inside. Feasting diner's fare in Alhambra? Gotta be joking as Alhambra has many top notch all cuisines restaurants. Tonight we had; -Oktoberfest offerings of bockwurst, weisswurst and bratwurst with salty sauerkraut and well roasted fingerling potatoes - no German mustard offered just only dijon or yellow.... There is nothing I don't like about this place. It provides an amazing range of cuisines, enough to meet most anyone's appetites. The service is wonderful and professional. The flexibility for making minor changes in meal selection is appreciated. When in town, we have at least one meal here.
