Have not eaten here for about a decade, so we decided to revisit for breakfast. Was pleased to see the remodel done recently where most of the tables have been replaced with booths. It is much more comfortable and it lessens the noise level. Went with the apple pancakes and the 49's, both done to perfection. Coffee is strong but... More

I wanted to visit the original pancake house because about 10 years ago an IHOP restaurant burned my Swedish pancakes and I had not visited IHOP or tasted Swedish pancakes since. I was not disappointed at Original Pancakes. The Swedish pancakes were just the way I remembered them. They offered freshly squeezed orange juice that was moderately priced and quite... More

Great place for breakfast. I like the new remodel. The wait on the Saturday morning we went was 40 minutes. They give you a buzzer so you know when you're table is ready. The omelets are nice and fluffy, bacon crispy and tasty, specialty items like the Dutch Baby and apple pancakes are huge portions and good for sharing. I... More

You will want to share a breakfast. Bring your glasses their menu is huge. Staff is nice and reminds you of an old fashioned diner. Consider going at an off time as it is usually crowded

Breakfast for 3 adults and two kids with coffee and 4 extra side dishes was $80 including tip. Food was very good quality and quantity, would return if we lived in the area. Strawberry pancakes had plenty of great fresh berries and fresh real whipped cream. I am a big eater and was unable to finish the pancakes with a... More

We love this restaurant. It is kind of local family restaurant which is always busy and crowded with local families. Food is good, atmosphere is something that I like.

The pan cakes are the best I ever tasted every kind you can think of . I usually order pancakes but this time I ordered eggs over easy and bacon. It was just ok the bacon was over cooked and the toast needed to be toasted a little more.
