New type of ice cream shop, uses nitrogen. Fun to pick all ingredients wanted and watch them prepare it.

This shop was near our hotel and Disneyland. I have never been a shop that made ice cream right in front of you. It was awesome. It was so creamy and the portions were huge. We loved it!!!! Totally yummy.

We watched them make them make our green tea ice cream from scratch using those ice machine maker. It was increadible how easy and fast it looked to make such a great tasting ice cream. I highly recommen to try it out.

First night at Disneyland and thought we'd get a cool treat on the way back to the hotel after dinner. The kids were very excited as we've heard of this place before and was impressed. Motivate and positive employees and a fair price!

It was very interesting and entertaining watching the staff make the custom ice cream! The only issue that I would say is that it's a little slow because they make them individually. It's a great experience to watch though. Very fun.
