I've always wanted to eat at this restaurant. I've been going to Disneyland for years, visited at least 13 times in my life, and every time I rode Pirates of the Caribbean I'd look out across the water at the diners who were eating food...More
Excellent service! I requested a river table and got it. My waiter was very kind and even entertained my daughter. The Gumbo is a must have and I equally enjoyed the Mint Julep. We ordered the Electrical Parade package and were well informed of time/location....More
What a great time my wife and I had at the Blue Bayou, made reservations a month before we arrived and ate at 330.I ordered the jumbalya with the gumbo and my wife got the portabella mushroom and spinach with balsamic vinegar reduction and a...More
Everyone knows Disneyland is magical, but there was nothing magical about this dinner. We celebrated my BFFS 36th dinner here and it was awful and over priced. Both steaks were not prepared as requested and the service was lacking in a huge way. Bread was...More
Honestly, one of the best main courses I've ever had!
This was my first visit to the Blue Bayou. I've heard many great things but it simply wasn't worth price for me as a young person. This trip though we found out that if we...More
We chose the dinner package with special parade seating. It was $65 per person and included rolls, an appetizer, meal, dessert a light necklace, and a ticket for the parade viewing area. I requested a seat by the water which took an hour to wait...More
The atmosphere is really cool. You're inside but it looks like you are eating in the backyard of a southern plantation at twilight (complete with fireflies) along a lazy river. It's best if you request a water side table (which we received)

For an amusement park restaurant, Blue Bayou was TOP NOTCH. Set right in the heart of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, it has a wonderful and unique atmosphere. The food and service were both excellent; a far cry from the typical fried, heavy, greasy...More
We were fortunate to score reservations at the Blue Bayou, which is located in the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. The food was excellent, and the service was superb. Pirates was closed for renovation when we were there, but the ambiance still was very nice.

I didn't even know they had those at the Blue Bayou but I will tell you they had an employee event and they had those all turned to green and it was really cool!! I took mine home just as you will be able to and a lot of people didn't know that night but they have a button on the bottom that you can change the color (if it is the same one we had and I am sure it is) my favorite was multiple colors were it changed through all of them. Enjoy and you might want to bring glasses (if necessary) it is a really dark but they do have really cool lights built in to the menus.
