We love this type of food since we have two vegans and one vegetarian accompanying us. We started with the stuffed mushrooms which were a bit bland but the vegetable pot stickers were excellent. The organic Quinoa Salad was a big hit as was roasted...More

Very interesting set up, inside of a book store! Sit on the balcony, it’s so nice! We had the stuffed mushrooms to start, Thai soup and the sweet potato gnocchi! Everything was delicious, the servers were attentive and always filling our waters! Great dinner in...More

For vegetarians and vegans traveling in Colorado and New Mexico can be a challenge. For many restaurants their idea of vegan options is a baked potato and salad. Fortunately, there are restaurants like Pyramid. While this restaurant has non-vegan options, we decided on an all...More

We had a very nice dinner at Pyramid Bistro during a late September 2018 stopover in Aspen while on a memorable road trip through the U.S. Southwest. The restaurant is located in a house on Main Street on the edge of downtown Aspen and upstairs...More

Was here for lunch and really enjoyed the food. They were quite busy even though it was after 2pm and the outdoor seating area was rather full. I opted to sit indoors and enjoyed the serene atmosphere away from the crowds. I ordered the mango...More

We had great service, but the food was pretty average. It was really nice to see a wide selection of vegetarian options. Beer selection was not great.

We stopped here for lunch based on the positive Tripadvisor reviews. The food here is outstanding. The restaurant was clean. Our server was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend the Pyramid Bistro.

Restaurant focuses on micronutrient rich foods. Corn soup was wonderful. My wife’s tomato salad was very good. My sweet potato gnocchi dish was very dense and hid the gnocchis. Very disappointing.

Tucked away on the 2nd floor of an amazing bookstore, this little bistro is a charming place for lunch. The salad was fresh, the salmon crispy, and the gnocchi yummy. We sat on the little outdoor porch and had a very nice experience.
