A wide variety of delicious, healthy fare. Many gluten-free and vegetarian options. Reasonably priced for Aspen. Overall, a great experience.

It can be hard to find delicious vegan dinner out. This is my go-to place to dine in Aspen. I've never had a bad meal here. Plus the ambiance is very private, like you've found an undiscovered gem. Love it.

We visited Aspen in December for business and stayed longer for a few days of vacation. We are both vegan and found this incredible restaurant that is on the second floor of an amazing bookstore. There are lots of great vegan options and the setting is very charming and welcoming. There are also vegetarian options. We highly recommend trying Pyramid... More

Wonderful healthy menu. Vegan, vegetarian or stir fry Chicken and Shrimp - everything is made in true nutritional spirit. And you can read any of the Explore Bookstore volumes while you eat!

Trying to find a restaurant in Aspen that wouldn't break the bank, we decided to try Pyramid. We're so glad we did - the bookstore setting is so quaint and unique, and the food was some of the best vegetarian/vegan this meat lover has had so far.

Never thought a restaurant above a bookstore could be so good! Ordered the sweet potato gnocchi and it was delicious and scrumptious. Seasoned to perfection. Not only did it taste good, I could tell that it was good for me. Will make the two hour one-way drive to go here again easily!

OMG! Every bite is a new experience. Come ready to savor the flavor. I have gnocci. My friends had the butternut squash soup , the brussel sprout kale salad. Wow! Wow! Wow! I never give 5 stars, and these guys deserve it!

I usually love this restaurant. There food and service has been excellent. However, I was there in the evening on October 5 and ordered the Organic Quinoa Salad with fresh pineapple, avocado, bib lettuce, goji berries, cilantro, carrot-ginger & sesame vinaigrette. The service was fine. At the end of the meal, the waiter, seeing that I had left most of... More

This is a very nice little bistro with good food (not great), friendly, but distant service, and a hip vibe. Quite pricey. I had the feeling that locals felt that this was "their" place and that others were invading, but that's how I'd feel if a little gem like this existed in my community.

One of my favorite Aspen hide aways for lunch and dinner. Nice atmosphere, quiet room, friendly staff, delicious healthy food. Love the kale pesto they serve with the bread. Great spring rolls, had a really amazing tofu stir fry for lunch on the beautiful patio. Don't miss the vegan cream brûlée- you will never believe it's vegan!
