Despite the sympathy of the staff members the food was nothing especial for the price it was charged. Terrible presentation and taste just OK. Once again, the staff member were very kind.

This place is so quaint. The walls are covered in wood wine boxes and it is very cozy. The food smells great. Fondue, crepes, coq au vin is all good and resonably priced. The wine is very expensive so have a cocktail at another place...More
Strolling by the window in the morning, we glanced at the menu. Also an add that declared 50% off the entire menu tonight. That settled it. We were lucky to get in without a reservation and didn’t mind being seated near the kitchen door. Our...More
A local couple we spoke with outside of Rustique recommended it highly, so we decided to give it a chance. They were right - it was great. So good we booked again for the next night. Cozy surrounding, clearly a favorite of the local crowd,...More
Rustique was highly rated and the outdoor courtyard is nice during summer. The cushions could stand to be updated. The food was just fine, not excellent as expected but fine. So many other places we loved...probably won't try it again.
Aspen Colorado , a great town and Rustique Bistro is a wonderful place to dine. We had a variety of expertly cooked dishes , mostly French inspired dishes. Great wine selection ... Rustique recommended "Newton Cabernet" , it was fine and very reasonably prices. Service...More
We dined at Rustique two years ago and it was one of our favorites. This year not so much. The service was excellent as previously; however, we were not too crazy about the menu selections. I enjoyed the frog legs and a salad both of...More
Spectacular food, wine list and service by waiter who was attentive to my allergy issues. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice ambience. This was a really wonderful dining experience.
Good food, nice ambiance, reasonable prices...all add up to a solid bet for dinner in Aspen. Although it's billed as country French, it's more continental with a good amount of variety. The only downer was the "freshly baked bread" which had no flavor, and little...More
What's good is really good, like the Colorado lamb chops, cooked perfectly with off-the-chart fattening but delicious mashed potatoes...yummy! But the trout, eh; the risotto watery and not creamy. Good service. Noisy.
