Enjoyed dinner here. Food was very good and atmosphere very nice. I had the trout and my husband and son had the roasted chicken.

The best French country bistro in town. I always love going when I am in town. They recently opened the Cooking School of Aspen, downstairs. Check out the website for a schedule of classes and events.

Recommended by friends who stay in Aspen annually, this restaurant has wonderful food. 3 people raved about the filet mignon, I had the osso bucco, my husband had the rack of lamb and another had the rotisserie chicken. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and served by knowledgeable, competent staff. The food was filling so the whole table shared the Chocolate... More

This was our second time eating at Rustique . The ambience is charming and cozy . We started with the warmed Burrata which is delicious and creamy served with nice rustic grilled bread . We also ordered the grilled octopus which we loved . Our only bobble was an order of mussels that smelled and tasted bad - which we... More

Our meal was rushed, we hadn't finished the first course before the next course turned up, salads where being taken away before finishing, some of our party weren't offered dessert, wine glasses being removed before the wine was finished, no coffee or tea offered at the end of the meal. The food was nice but some meals had to be... More

service personnel was friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious and well presented. It got a little noisey as the restaurant filled.

We luckily got a table for 6 at very short notice . The food was sumptuous with every plate being on point . The restaurant is cute and the service on point . Highly recommend

The food here was delicious. A little pricey for what it was though. The service seemed generally pretty disorganized, especially around checking in people and taking reservations. The division of labor wasn't clear and it seemed they struggled with the basic task of checking in people and taking them to their tables. Also a couple guys came who had thought... More

My family and I enjoyed our recent dinner at Rustique. The restaurant has a very homey feel which was great as we brought our one year old daughter (and saw several other kids there as well). Our server was jovial and ontop of his game, and I had some of the best octopus I have ever had. The chicken entree... More
