The food was good, but the staff was average to poor and they did not know how to make drinks. They were very slow and not accomodating.

I ate at the Fire & Spice for every meal during my stay at this hotel. I am gluten free, with multiple food allergies. They do have gluten free bread, however that isn't stated on the menu, you have to specifically ask. The Club Sandwich was really good as was the Blackened Salmon Salad. I also tried the Cobb Salad... More

In for business, and Addis and Day were the servers who took care of us both nights. They remembered our drink and eating preferences from night before and was attentive to every detail of the meal. It was a luxury dining experience. We made friends with them as a result of their kind workmanship. The food they recommended was top... More

We came into DIA late and opted for the Marriott. We saw the restaurant open but we had no research. We took a shot on salads and burgers and they were all good. We were able to eat and get to bed. Good find because no one wanted to go back out. Moderate prices and good service.

On a recent trip we again stayed at this consistently excellent hotel and had dinner here. A real plus since we already turned in the rental car. The Calamari was very tasty and the Burgers are properly prepared to make them very juicy. I would eat here again out of choice! Cheers!

Do not believe that this is a restaurant. It is the repurposed breakfast buffet at the Denver International Airport Marriott. Our waiter was seldom visible -- once our food was delivered he asked: how were our meals? I responded that the cole slaw was tasteless (except for being incredibly sweet) and among the worst I have ever had. He responded... More

Had to spend the night at this Marriott so chose to eat at the restaurant. I was told to seat myself so I did. It then took over 10 minutes to get a menu. However, once the waitress brought a menu, she was amazing. I was not really hungry so ordered an appetizer ( the empanadas) and a drink. The... More

Was lucky enough to get coupons for free breakfast buffet for two adults. The staff was very friendly and the food was very tasty. There were a lot of choices and we were both quite satisfied.

Had to split a burger with my husband. Servings were good size but we felt $15 for a burger I a lot.

So, we just flew into Denver and came to the hotel. Had their buffet breakfast. First of all, the staff are incredibly nice and helpful! Like wow, over the top-in a good way. The buffet is small, but they have an omelette station, eggs to order, waffles to order, plus great pancakes, bacon and potatoes. The fresh fruit offerings were... More
