Went for diner, food was ok, but the ribs had too much fat, the rice and beans was rather dry, and the coleslaw average. So average seems like a fair rating.

Awesome food- secret family recipes. Marian was gracious and treated us very well. Nice view of ocean. Open for lunch-needs a reservation for supper. The prices were unbeatable.

Love the hands of this amazing cook. Our driver took us to Marian´s and it became our favorite lunch spot while in PG. No expensive and delicious East Indian/ Belizean food. That´s the perfect combination. It´s a family owned restaurant and they cook with passion and love. Nice view of the bay, during the day. And they have a whole... More

We were referred to Marian's Bayview by whom we thought would be a reliable source. We were all very hungry and It turned out to be one of those meals that you eat half the food offered with a lot of trepidation. We ordered two dishes to share family style between 4 people. They didn't have a menu but said... More

Want a too dinner that doesn't come at a top price? Asking the local people for such a spot they recommend Marian's. As the name says on the bay with a wonderful sunset. Service was super and so friendly. Food was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Pick from their seasonal selections. Menu is always changing which I enjoy. Great people... More

We had heard about Marian's but it took a bit of searching to find her. It located in the large grey concrete building on the water's edge.Look for the gate on the right side of the camper. We had our first meal there on Christmas day and she served us a great turkey and ham dinner with great sides. In... More

There aren't many places to eat in Punta Gorda, which makes this place a no brainer. The restaurant sits over the ocean and has great views. The restaurant itself is very quaint and is basically one room with a large outdoor deck area over the water. They have rocking chairs as a very nice touch 😀. The food was really... More

It doesn't look like it but I promise you there's a restaurant up there. Once you climb those stairs your welcomed by the amazing staff of Bayview, a gorgeous view of the ocean and that cool Belizean breeze. Every trip to PG, we're always there, it has become our second home. This is traditional home cooking you'll want over &... More

Marian's serves served cafeteria style. You state your choices while they fill from behind the counter. Very fresh, good Belizean food. Clean. Screened in 2nd floor looking out on the ocean provides a wonderful view and breeze.

This review is based upon Belize and Central American comparisons. My wife and I had two lunch and dinner with Marian. The restaurant is on the waterfront several blocks from the central park area of town. The restaurant is on the third floor a cement building and you actually dine on the roof. The building is not much to look... More
