There aren't many places to eat of an evening in Santiago. Only 4 or 5 places mentioned on Trip Advisor (one being a coffee bar). The staff were friendly, the food is good. We came in 3 out of the 5 nights we were here. Obviously, they cater for tourists so lots of possibilities with fries!!! But if you try... More

Quila's is a great hangout spot for the expat community of Santiago. What makes it even better is that there is great food and drink along with the welcoming atmosphere. While the "late night" scene in Santiago pretty much wraps up around 9:30 PM, and Quilas is no different, it has a great "late night" vibe. The outdoor area adds... More

In the way of bars in Santiago, I'd say this place is numero uno! Martin is a great guy, the food is tasty, and who doesn't like to support the French?

Quilas is a wonderful place. It feels like everyone's living room and has the friendliest employees. After one visit, they'll remember your name and probably your order. Rotating drink specials keep things interesting (try the cucumber raspberry gin and tonics if they have them). I love the quesadillas and the housemade pickled vegetables and if you don't want to drink,... More

If you are looking for great ambience, amazing food and the most diverse cocktail menu on the lake - look no further! And make sure you don't miss out on their famous ribs night!!! Love this place.

Quila's is a popular, small restaurant that caters to locals, visitor and foreigners who are volunteering or otherwise working short-term in the Santiago area. The clientele is typically younger and energetic. The food and drink are very good, and often not readily available in other Santiago establishments. It is owned and operated by a family who are expats but now... More

After the hustle and bustle of Santiago, it was very refreshing to stop for drinks and food in this welcoming spot. While everyone was watching the World Cup, the owner graciously found us the US Open, and offered the big screen to watch. And the cocktails were hand crafted from local ingredients. The only bar we found with top shelf... More

A nice break from the hustle of Santiago and shopping, Quila's has a nice small but nice garden and a fairly quiet atmosphere during the noon and afternoon, with activities as the sun goes down over the mountain. Reasonably priced, staff speaks pretty good English, Frequented by the ex pat community, so you may have some interesting companions. The food... More

Although the food is pricer, the service and atmosphere here is excellent! Many English speakers here if you need a break from Tz'utujil. The mixed drinks are great and there is always something going on. Overall, great people and great food.

A classy place in Santiago with great food, drinks and a nice garden. They also play movies and have a good selection of board games.
