It's Red Lobster. Always good food and service. Clean and comfortable. Never a problem except an occasional wait.

I've dined on 3 occasions in fairly short succession. Be it fried or broiled; I've found the portions/pricing/preparation to be on point. Service in the bar area is always prompt and friendly. No issues.
