Everything I've ever ordered here was great. The lines can be REALLY long and parking is somewhat limited, so check that out before you try and head in. The staff is sort of odd, but it's funny while bewildering. Had a few strange interactions with the kids working here. Not sure if they're like this on purpose, or I have... More

Each time we travel thru the area this is a favorite stop for our family. The prices and variety are great. We like the outside dining when we stop. There is ample seating but it is usually pretty busy right at lunchtime.

It's not that the food is five-star or the ambiance is perfect - it's that the salsa is truly good, and it's the best place for tacos in about 90 miles. Once you've been here, it becomes a place you set your compass by - and you have to have it. Period. The nachos with beef and cheese and their... More

This was a staple for my wife growing up and is now a new favorite of mine. Salsa has the right amount of heat and body. Soft shell beef tacos are the best I've ever had. I will go back to this place every chance I get.

Go early when they own otherwise you re in for a long wait. Around lunch time typical wait is an 1+ just to order, don't get your hopes up when listening to numbers being called as there is no rhyme or reason to the order. Ex. May call #7 and your thinking great I'm #9 but then the next number... More

I grew up going to the taco house and after a couple decades away we went back yesterday evening. Jack and Marta's house has been added on to and the restaurant has grown to several times what it was. We got to the window to order and apparently made the error of asking a question. Reminiscent of a Seinfeld episode,... More

Taco House is an area favorite. The hot sauce is the best part of the experience. I usually get the softshell taco or nachos and you can't go wrong with either of those. Add a little red sauce to either and it takes it to a whole other level. They are usually only open from around March to sometime in... More

We have eaten at Taco House for years, the food is dependably fast and good. It has no frills, it is a paper plates and plastic silverware fast food place.

Very informal. Order at the window, pay, get a number and pick up your food when the number is called.

We ordered the taco grande and we thought it was very mediocre. It was supposed to come with sour cream and it didn't so I had to stand in line again to get some. I washed my hands in the outdoor sink when I was finished eating and the sink was disgusting. I am not anxious to return.
