Randomly popped into the Riad for some lunch and it was delicious. Best meal we had in all of Fes. Don't know if that is reflective of our poor decisions or of the place being really good. Either way it was yum, plentiful and fairly priced.

We took our guide and driver here for a last night celebration. Music and trance dancing, excellent food and great ambience. There was a little confusion over our reservation, but all was well in the end. They sent a guide to our hotel to walk us safely to the establishment. Needed!!

We enjoyed eight vegetable salads (great idea, healthy, you just serve yourself as much of each as you want), delicious chicken tangine with lemon and olives, fluffy couscous with meat seasoned with cinnamon and a little sugar. Dessert was a delicious flaky pastilla with almond sauce. One of the staff even volunteered to walk us back to our riad.

Our guide recommended this place because it was not far from our hotel (Riad Fes). We ate relatively early (7:30) and had the place to ourselves until 8. Our table looked out onto the central garden of the Riad which gave us an excellent view of the musicians who performed as we enjoyed dessert. I would return, no doubt.

We enjoyed a cozy romantic dinner here. The food was delightful, and the musicians and dancers that were performing in the courtyard were very amusing throughout.

The food here is fine, just nothing too special. The riad is quite beautiful. The night we were there, they featured two musicians which added greatly to the experience.

First and foremost, the setting is spectacular and was made all the more evocative by the Gnawa musicians. The food was quite good and very generous (like we found throughout our trip).

A typical Moroccan riad, beautifully restored. The set menu offers a fairly standard local choice of salads, tagines and cous cous, with pastry for dessert and optional wine; all of which is very good. The entertainment manages to add to the atmosphere without being annoying, and the waiting staff for the most part leave you alone to eat, which is... More

Delightful night at the Maison Bleue. The food was very good, and the music and entertainment was both unobtrusive and interesting. The owner is a delightful chap, who was both friendly and chatty. A special night out to be remembered at this great venue. The set priced diners are good value.

It's really nicely decorated house, sitting in the patio and surrounding open room. They take care about small details, very nice. The menu for the dinner is set, either standard including wine for 550dhs pp or "light" 3 course with choice of 1 couscous / 1 tajine or 1 pastilla for a main dish. Starter and dessert given. Be careful,... More
