We kept walking by Barcelona Cafe, so we decided to finally pop in. This place is super cool and hip. We got some coffees and settled in to the chill vibe. We really enjoyed the live music. It was super clean and had very cool decor. My only complaint was all of the smoking happening in there, but I guess... More

We popped into this cafe for a rest while walking the maze of streets that is Fes. We just had drinks as refreshments but found it to be relaxing with a nice menu and hospitable staff. The decor is interesting and houses an art gallery upstairs. The music was quite loud and was played on Utube on the TV but... More

Good food and the prices are reasonable: spaghetti Bolognese 35 dhs and omelette 25 dhs (even it was burned a bit).

Like anywhere in Morocco, the service is very slow. But the waiters were friendly and the roof has a great view! This cafe had more interesting food than many of the others we tried - instead of just tagline, kebabs, and couscous, they offered a few other traditional menu items as well.

Love the youthful underground vibe and awesome live Moroccan music they had the night we were here. Great decor. The music and seeing people enjoy it and sing and clap along was probably my favorite experience of Fes.

I stumbled blindly into this cafe and was I glad I did! I was there for a mint tea and to recover from the busy-ness of the medina. The owner told me about a music event happening in the cafe later on that day. I figured I might as well return since I am a big fan of Gnawa music.... More

We dropped in for a quick snack but it was perfect. Moroccan salads, of which you get six well prepared, delicious ones, Moroccan pastries all almond based and equally delicious, excellent mint tea in teapots, and coffee. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful, we loved the subdued light and the decor.

We went here for lunch. They have a really nice, covered terrace, but the paninis they served were quite tasteless. It is really cheap though, so if you just want to fill your stomach on your way through the medina it's ok.

This place is large, with multiple rooms, filled with ugly ornate old furniture and cigarette smoke. Not too clean. Food and drink options are extremely limited, and service is apathetic. Don't waste your time.
