We had a brilliant meal at this amazing restaurant. The evening didn't start off too well as it was raining when the taxi arrived. It seemed to take ages to get to the venue too. We were bowled over when when we were taken to our table in the courtyard which was beautiful. We had a lovely meal and a... More

We visited this twice and were unable to get a table. It is closed on Mondays and the other nights are so popular you will need to book. Well signed from the main square in the Medina. On visiting the surrounding appeared to be very opulent and serene. Since we could not get a table we cannot comment on the... More

We had dinner here celebrating my brother's 50th birthday. And what a celebration it was! The food was superb. We had different dishes and all were nicely presented and the tastes were stunning. Especially the home-made ravioli with beef-sauce was splendid. The wine (that made up 50% of the final bill) was fabulous (CB rouge, 550 dh per bottle, but... More

Great food. Excellent service. I had 4 cheese tagliatelle which was excellent, my partner kept pinching bits. My partner had fillet of beef which was also excellent. This is in a small back alley, but as with several other Riad restaurants, they have staff waiting in the main street to lead you there. Great idea. We has complementary fruit juice... More

We celebrated my 50th birthday in Pepe Nero and experienced one of the best meals ever. The whole setting is gorgeous, just make sure you reserve courtyard table. Interesting Maroccan / Italian menu, good choice of wines. Food is very well presented and just delicious from start to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful. They came out with birthday... What a great place. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is amazing. Such great value as well. We got free champagne on arrival and entrees. I had the salmon cake to start with. The salmon is nicest ever had and massive pieces of fish. The steak is one of best ever eaten and only about £11 for the fillet.... More

Having overdosed on Moroccan food, this was just what was required. Don't be put off by the location. Well worth the visit. Perfect service. Great food. Good atmosphere. You can have Moroccan food if you want but we all had Italian and it was excellent. Would definitely go back.

Description
PEPE NERO Restaurant Marrakech : A place of flavours on motion where the senses are constantly coddled Khalid and his team represent the same soul of a single ingredient: Excellence. This where I devote myself body and soul to my passion: cooking We strive to always be precise in our gestures, attentive to the oven, skilled with knives, a sharpened sense of smell, an eye to the market, intransigent with the quality of ingredients and demanding in the kitchen. The battle I fight every day with my team is the oldest in the world:That between the hand and fire.We created the sort of restaurant we would like to find ourselves..Pepe Nero was born to engage and satisfy our passion : Taste, without any constraints or formalisms, with simplicity. But not only. We believe that there has been a generational change in customers who are rather apprehensive of locations that are over formal. With this new role we want to clear away taboos and bring haute cuisine into step with the times.
