Three of us enjoyed an excellent meal and thoroughly enjoyable experience at the Dinarjat, including the service and staff, the music, and the secret knocks on the door to gain entrance.

The restaurant is hard to find but the search is well worth it. It is in an old Riad that has been beautifully restored. The food is excellent.

Very nice atmosphere, very kind service, nice live music from early in the evening and good food. Portions are huge. I suggest you make a reservation for a table in the main hall.

The concierge at our hotel recommended this restaurant. I was a little skeptical, having read some of the reviews, but my husband and I loved the ambiance and the food. We shared the chicken bestilla first, with its crunchy pastry shell and lovely cinnamon flavoring. He had a wonderful meatball tagine with a tomato based sauce while I had the... More

A group of 16 travelers enjoyed a spectacular dinner at this beautiful palace in Rabat's old Medina. We found our way through the tiny cobblestone streets to a heavy door that opened into the beautiful center atrium set with tables accommodating six persons. The wait staff were clad in traditional African Moroccan clothing. Our first course consisted of a wide... More

We came here with a tour group and restaurant was touted as one of the best in Rabat. All of the food served (including the soup) was cold, fatty and tasteless. Very disappointing after fabulous restaurants in Fes.

I was in Rabat for one night and decided to go solo to this restaurant given the ratings. I was a tad underdressed but nothing offensive to the quality of the restaurant, and the staff treated me as less then. I was also alone and for some reason this seemed to annoy some of the staff, like they only valued... More

This restaurant is lovely. White linen tablecloths with fresh red rose petals adorning the table. The service is very good and the food is delicious. One of the best in Rabat.

Situated in a gorgeously renovated riad in Rabat's Medina. Beautifully lit with tables sprinkled with red rose petals. Our menu was pre-arranged and included a starter of 10 cooked, deliciously seasoned "salads" - cauliflower, aubergine, spinach and potato among them. Main course was tagline of minced meat and rice stuffed vegetables. And dessert - you must try the sweet bastilla.... More

Authentic Moroccan food. The rack of lamb is divine, you are met by a local man with a lantern whom leads you to the restaurant. Great hospitality and great food. One of my favorite restaurants in Rabat.
