The activities were fun- drums, face painting, tasted a worm, traditional clothes. Food was okay. There was local meats and food which were fun to try. The show wasn't very long. We had a good time. Would be a wonderful place to bring kids.

Tourist trap, in a nutshell. The music and drum show were entertaining enough. I thought the audience participation part was long and drawn out. They start your meal with a small pour of "beer," which nearly killed my appetite. Food was hit and miss. A few items were good but most were mediocre. Fun atmosphere. Fair service.

A large buffet style meal, with every type of meat, including game meat available. Entertainment very good and you get a lesson on how to use the 'bongo' drums.

The place of eating and drum beating. Best place which is usually full and one needs to book in advance and in order to experience everything you must be there at 1900 hours so you can participate in the drum beating session after eating all sorts of foods including mopane warms which entitle you a certificate. Great place to eat... More

To be honest it's not a great shame if you gave this place a miss. It might be more enjoyable if you managed to get a table right next to the action at the centre of the venue, but if you end up with a table tucked next to the exit like we did (obviously they were trying to fit... More

I celebrated my birthday at the Boma. It was a surprise birthday done for me by my husband together with the staff at Boma. The Boma is absolutely superb, the food, the staff and most of the experience. I've never had such a wonderful experience as I did at the Boma. The kids loved the atmosphere, the drum experience, the... More

There is plenty of food to choose from and it is all delicious. I have been to many 'all you can eat' type restaurants, but few i have enjoyed quite as much as this. The entertainment is also excellent making for an all round evening to remember.

I went to Boma with my family and fiance l can't say how much l was pleased with the general atmosphere. By the entrance of the hotel we were met with a dancing group and we were also given some african cloth to wear. When we went inside we were given Zimbabwean local beer for tasting which was awesome. There... More
