Cozy spot for dinner. We had delicious Beef Bourguignon-which was the special that night. Delicious tapas like dips for appetizers for the bread.

Was here with a large group of friends for dinner, i arrived late due to traffic, but still had my meal brought at the same time as the companions who had ordered 20minutes previously. Food was very good and the menu selection varied enough to be different from the usual offerings nearby, including bat! Cost was good and the service... More

We walked in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The waiters spoke English, French and Malagasy. The menu was Creole and very comprehensive; offering traditional Malagasy, a range of curries, Chinese and Thai cuisine plus much more. Six small dishes plus a bean dish were given additionally to our main meals for free. The food was (tsara be) very good.... More

Very mixed menu (Malagay, Thai, Chinese etc). As others have mentioned, the dips are fabulous (look out for the pistachio dip and the egg plant dig). The battered prawns for entrée were delicious but the creole food was not as good as I was expecting. However many others enjoyed their main meals. Flambé banana was delicious, as was the creme... Expectations were there , we really looked forward for creoles tastes. Unfortunately most of the menu is local ( Malagash) , the food was tasty and service was good. Madagascar wine is not of high quality ...

Extensive menu, which made it hard to choose but chef's suggestions good advice. Large portions with a great selection of dips or accompaniments served with good bread which can be eaten as a starter. Very friendly, helpful staff, relaxed decor. Situated on Rue Raveloary.

This restaurant is located in the popular area of Isoraka which is about a 5-7 minute walk from Ave de l'Independance. It's round the corner from Residence Lapasoa. The decor is quite retro, probably unintentionally, which gives it a reassuring and unpretentious feel. The food is great and they have some interesting vegetarian options. Madagascan wine is served by the... More

The menu is very long, with plenty to choose from...even hedgehog if that is what you want...The selection of dips that you receive are great...allows you to skip the starters and go direct to your main course. Popular with locals, always a good sign.

We loved it here. Very unpretentious but at the same time cosy and welcoming. Lots of vegetarian options available and a good place to try traditional Malagasy dishes. The food is very nice but it was the warmth of the staff that really made it a pleasant visit. We came here twice, at the start and end of our holiday... More
