Shh don't tell but this place has really good pastries, especially the bagels. They are the right consistency - chewy and moist. The chocolate croissants are also quite good. When I first got here in Kathmandu the bagels were always left over but I started buying them and now they seem to be selling out... maybe this trend will continue.

I find the prices here very reasonable compared to other bakeries in the area. You can purchase the baked items in the bakery & bring outside to eat in the courtyard at the back, which is a cafe. You can order coffee or tea there to accompany your bread & pastry.

It was a serendipitous discovery in the streets of Thamel. I was walking after a wonderful dinner and enjoying the street when I noticed this small place. Out of curiosity, entered the place to find treasure of best bakery products. Cinnamon cakes and carrot cakes are special, however what I liked most chocolate cookies and other cookies as well. I... Good coffee, price is not cheap. Ask the lady not to over microwave the pastry. We got a rubbery cruiseone.

The standard tourist breakfast of toast, eggs, hash browns and coffee (or tea) was reasonably priced and well cooked - it's good to be asked how I would like the eggs cooked, even bette for them to cokked as requested. The coffee was god and strong. The cost was fairly typical. A very nice spot to get away from the... More

Cinnamon rolls and Pineapple bags are the best. The bakery has discounts for breads and cakes after 8pm (50% and 30$ accordingly). But cannot say, that milk tea here is somethimg authentically local.

After 8pm: 25% off on pastries, 50% off on breads. For example, the awesome cheesecake would cost 75rs after discount. You can get an okay slice of veg pizza for 40rs (after discount) if you're hungry for sth simple.

Had lunch here on a whim - the bakery part looked good and we figured the meal would be too. We ordered chicken tikka masala and paneer butter masala. They brought us two chicken butter masala. Made no apologies for it. When we asked for the dessert menu we were told to go in the bakery... They offered no service... More

A great place for a cheap breakfast. Most of their baked goods is under 90Rs and the pretzel is excellent! Even german friends rated it quite high. They also have a restaurant place just behind where you can seat down. I really liked that as I could grab some fresh bakery, sit down and order eggs or other things to... More

The bakery offers a wide range of pastries. The place is tidy and clean. We went to all the bakeries we could find and these pastries seem to be the best value you can get for your money. They are delicious! The bakery is just in front of a restaurant and you can enjoy your small treat in their dinning... More
