I understand there's a show that is done nightly, but we were there during lunch. The food is plentiful and delicious. Service is good, too.

We had our Sunday lunch at this restaurant located down a small alley off the main road. Initially feelings were mixed- we were very warmly welcomed but we were the only diners but we were told that it's very busy on an evening as meals include a cultural show. However we had a very pleasant meal of fish, chicken and... More

A good introduction to Nepalese food and dances. A variety of dishes, which are very tasty, including rice wine. Food is topped up, no need to go home hungry. The dances are from a variety of ethnic groups and at the last dance will invite everybody to join in.

This place was recommended by our guide and we decided to go on our first night in Nepal. The original restaurant was badly damaged by the earthquake, so they have had to relocate to a new venue nearby and the inside was nothing we were expecting. It is located off a side street opposite the white gate of the palace.... More

You can eat here the traditional nepalese thali which was good but it's very expensive comparing with all the other places where you can eat this dish.

This restaurant serves authentic Nepali food and features traditional dancing. Try it as an alternative to Bojan Griha or Bancha Ghar

As a Westerner, it is hard to assess the food but it seemed traditional and was both adequate and tasty. Fixed menu. More food was offered so no excuse for going home hungry. Rice wine (like brandy) was included but other drinks cost extra, although seemed reasonable compared with other places. Pleasant evening, and we even made some new friends.

Nice restaurant with typical Nepali food and cultural dance program. We went there with family and food is really good.
