I have lived in Kathmandu for over two years, and Le Sherpa remains my favorite. The mustard sauce is yummy! The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming! Perfect date night spot! Saturday Farmer's Market and brunch are a bonus!

I have been three times in hope of something good. But no .... it's way overpriced for the experaince. You can get the same or better food and better service elsewhere in Kathmandu. Service is either over attentive or non exisiting or even rude...food is...More

I went to the farmers market last Saturday at Le Sherpa and absolutely loved it. From delicious cheeses, different breads (gluten free too), organic veggies, royal jelly honey, apple cider vinegar, homemade pesto, different kinds of food etc etc. People were chilling out and many had...More

An amazing restaurant in Kathmandu. I am confused by the bad reviews. The service isn't NYC fast, but this is Nepal so relax! Enjoy a conversation with your friends and family; and if you think that $16 for a perfectly prepared rack of lamb is...More

Great table cloth outdoor dinning as well as beautiful indoor area. Eclectic high quality international food and very professional service.

Decor is nice, tables well set, music was good, prices are not bad, and dessert was fine. This place has potential, but despite the ""French" veneer it's still Third World underneath. First take the drink order! Why do servers across Nepal not get this?!? How...More

Brunch was pretty mediocre in size and taste, especially when their 'egg benedict' option had more salmon that their actual 'salmon delight'. Service was a joke, tea was served with no sugar, or milk, and had to chase down the waiters to actually be offered...More

great location, quiet, beautiful, and good vibes. but everything else is ALMOST perfect: the vegetables are almost fresh, the seasoning is almost correct, the desserts almost get the job done, the cocktails were almost right (too much ice!!!), the meat almost resembles what is should...More

I went with my family on a Saturday morning for brunch. The portions sizes were really smalll and bad value for money. The poached eggs tasted very strongly of vinegar. I wouldn't recommend it as a comfortable brunch venue either.More

Dinner here is a great experience- you almost forget that you are in Kathmandu. The food tastes great, and is relatively cheap compared to other fine-dining experiences in Kathmandu. The brunch, however, I found was poor quality and did not taste very good at all....More

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a kind review. It makes the biggest difference to the success of our projects. As we are also new for brunch I hope we see you again one day for brunch.
