This is a huge restaurant. A lot of workers, cooks servers and greeters. SeaFood is fresh and clearly priced in the market section. But you really don't know how to calculate or buy stuff to get your food cooked. They have almost no English speaking staff and cooking prices are confusing. Prices in this place is about double where you... More

Imagine going to a supermarket to shop for your fish/seafood supper and someone else cooks it for you. This is exactly what we experience. Armed with a shopping trolley we walked along the counters which were stocked full of all the types of seafood you could imagine. We enjoyed king crab legs, lobster, black tiger prawns, fresh water king prawns,... More

If you love seafood, this is the place. It is situated at soi 24. Take the Skytrain to Phrom Phong and exit at soi 24. It is about 10-15mins walk along soi 24 till you see the red lobster sign. A staff will escort you to the seafood market where you can pick your items. After you have paid for... More

One of my favourite places to eat thai style sea food when in bkk. It's a bit on expensive side and a dinner for 2 or 3 people will cost you close to 1500 to 2000 thb depending on what you order. But food is great, service is fast, you choose the freshest of the catch almost live. Has a... More

There are many restaurants in Bangkok, this offers you the experience of selecting your fresh fish and then deciding what you want it turned into - a great experience, the staff are helpful if you don't know what your looking for. Be careful selecting your fish, as its all done by weight you can end up with a shock at... More

The food was over priced, not many options as expected, the beer was warm and the attendants weren't so pro active for the price charged.

This is a must try experience for a group of 2 or more. Select your actual seafood, fruits and vegetables from the supermarket section and then tell them how you want it cooked and presented (with assistance if required). It isn't cheap but worth the treat if only to ever do it once.

It was one of the interesting restaurants I have ever seen. You choose what you would like to eat from seafood and some vegetables, you pay, sit on the table, the waiters come and ask how to cook them, you tell and everything is on the table in ten minutes. Relatively expensive but must see place.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
