I tried this place a few days ago out of curiosity after passing by many times. But the business model of this place is to pretend to have many kinds of teas with very nice containers (a lot of marketing) but at extremely high and ridiculous prices. Next time, I will obviously choose any other proper place to have tea... More

I was there for a business meeting and within a few minutes I realized it was not an appropriate place for any kind of meeting. Staff are hopeless. They clearly did not understand the idea of service. Service is about understanding the customer's needs, not approaching the table 10 times in 10 minutes! The cafe is gimmicky and lacks substance.... More

Even though this shop is located on the ground floor of Emporium, it is rather quiet and peaceful. The water fountain and soft music play a big part in creating the relaxing ambient. There is a wide fancy selection of tea leaves available from over the world. I tried the Long Jing Jade and the Emperor Sencha tea. The tea... More

My wife and I really, really love tea – so you can imagine how excited we were when we first came across this place in the Siam Paragon in Bangkok. Finally some place with a great choice of great teas – or so we thought. We've visited on two independent occasions and were very disappointed both times. The cafe has a very... More

I have been there a number of times to enjoy an exotic cup of tea. The offering of teas is indeed very large and you can choose teas that you never heard of based on the description of the menu. Tea is served to perfection and you can relax and enjoy it. The food is very average and overpriced and... More

If you are a tea lover you will definitely love this restaurant. Hundreds of teas that you can pick and you may check with the staff before you order to narrow your selection. Cosy environment and nice service.

We like this TWG better than the ones in Singapore and especially enjoyed the Waygu burger. Service is quick even with the restaurant's remote kitchen. Pleasant setting with waterfalls and orchids. Salads were also a good choice. An incredible long list of teas served either hot or iced.

There was one Thai male staff who got our order, he didn't bring all of the food because he chose to give the service to foreign customers but with Thai, he just ignored and never even say sorry but a waitress who got me the food I ordered said sorry instead of him. He cannot speak English that well but... More
