These are good steakhouses to visit for a quick meal. They have a wide range of steaks all fresh cooked. Would recommend.

5 years ago this was one of the few affordable places in Bangkok for a steak. But a lot has changed since then and Chokchai hasn't kept up unfortunately. There is a range of steak, chicken and pork on the menu but the quality is average. The steaks are often chewy and full of sinew and fat. For the same... More

Farm Chokchai steaks have been a Thai stapled for many years. The quality you get from their beef is better than average but if you want a great tasting beef experience I would recommend venturing to one of the better steak houses in Bangkok. If you come to Farm Chokchai try their premium Ribeye! It's pretty tasty.

At the cross roads soi 21/23 top of soi 23. Opposite Chef bar. Good place to eat reasonable prices. Here with the family and friends service can be a little slow at times but overall fairly good. Steaks are not the best but good value.

No amount of cow-boy fashioned interiors could save the food here. Steak was a pretty poorly cut. Thin, not a great deal of meat, and with little flavour. Being right next to a cattle farm you'd think they could do a better job. Give it a miss.

Really not a very good steak, cheap feeling. In Khao Yai Chokchai farm steak is so so as well but their burgers are pretty good. Didnt see the burger on the menu on their Sukhumvit soi 23 branch

I tried another Choo chai steak in Bangkok. This one had more variety in menu however tastes is just so so, not stellar. I am bit disappointed given its fame among Thais.

I often travel to Bangkok on business. I recently tried Chokchai restaurant and I was completely disappointed. The pork spare ribs are inedible and the steak is low quality and disappointing. Unfortunately the staff are not service minded and appear completely uninvolved and remote. You can do much better in Bangkok for steak houses than Chokchai. Try some of the... More

Feeling like a meat meal. Chokchai is an okay steak place but will not fulfill your meaty desires. A light seating area with faux cowboy feel that doesn't quite make it. Staff is a little unengaged but food is quick and hot - it sizzles from kitchen to table. If you aren't a fussy meat eater then okay but otherwise... More

Personally, I do enjoyed my salmon steak and cocktails there. After a few time visited this place all my friends who's order steak withdraw to come back. One of them ordered "Prime rib" asked for well done. He had to returned it 3 times and cancel order at the end. It came with burn steak outside and Super red raw... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
