We ate with our daughter in what I have always said is the best French restaurant outside France and again it was wonderful. The choice was as always wife and varied and the Staffa wonderfully attentive. The food is quintessentially French and Serge is always on hand to guide his staff. C'est bone Monsieur!

What can i say? Fantastic, you won't be disappointed. Have been here twice now and is fantastic! Owner is French and he keeps a good eye on everything. Lamb was lovely. Even my simple starter of tomatoes with goat's cheese was great.

Have been at Le Bouchon many times. Dont be mistaken by the worn interior. Food and service is good. The lamb fiĺet, lamb chops and chicken all match the best and so does basically all the dishes i tried there.

Doesn't really need an intro - well preserved bastion of french cuisine in the ever so interesting area of Patong. The specials are always surprising!

After traveling in Asia and eating local cuisine for weeks a nice French meal is a great change of pace. This place is in a very interesting area. It's on Patpong 2 in the red light area so be aware if you are sensitive (once inside the restaurant there is no indication that the red light area is just outside... More

Vincent who lives in Bangkok intriduced me to Le Bouchon a genuine french restaurant with a wonderful selection if french dishes between us had scallops with spinach then magret du canard and I confit du canard - full recommended and in the heart of Patpong - the french owner from Lyon certainly knows what to serve and makes a very... This little french gem is hard to find but once you have entered and met the owner Serge you will regret the effort. Le Boucon's kitchen has the same size as a telephone booth but the dishes that transpires from there are delicious and reasonable priced.

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
