About

Inspired by the specialty coffee culture around the world especially in Australia, Ristr8to is an independently unique cult concept cafe striving to serve the best coffee as it possibly can with our best effort in every single cup we make. We have immersed ourselves in the specialty coffee cultures of many of the world's great cities, in pursuit of the perfect art of coffee making such as Melbourne, London, San Francisco, Tokyo, and combined all of those experience to be our standard at Ristr8to. We took many honors from Barista competitions in Thailand, Australia, and internationality, you will find the same level of dedication, excellence and passion here at Ristr8to.

Ristr8to Cafe locates in the heart of Nimman area. Once you enter, dont expect cakes and bakery to be all around. The place focus on genuine coffee only (like youre in a experimental lab!). To abbreviate this, they take serious pride in every single cups of coffee making. The cafe is renowned for specializing coffee to suits your needs. Surely will lifts up your spirits. Crafty and nice interior design, all staff and baristas are friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Cool cafe but a little crowded

This cafe is located on a busy street filled with food places. The cold espresso coffee I had was nice but not as strong as I would like it to be. However the waffle was delicious. If you are walking around and needed a snack, I would recommend you come for the waffle n taste the coffee. Its a little too crowded for my liking as throngs of tourists visited when I was here. If you looking for a relaxing n chill place with book in hand, I wouldn't recommend coming. The service staff were excellent, very efficient and friendly. Talk to them if you need some recommendation and they are more than willing to help. They may be busy but they are willing to chat a little.

Good coffee

The latte here is good but being a long-term resident in CM 10 years there are places all over just as good without the nimman premium pricing. I liked the old place in the main road when it first got going. Hipster-edged cofee place type deal.

precise coffee workmanship

If I'm going to mark this place down for anything, it's going to be the music they play. It's just not my cup of tea for the morning. It doesn't seem to fit with what's going on here with the coffee culture and artistry. I would recommend someone with good taste in music - and the people working here look like they have that - play some light jazz or maybe even reggae. I don't know what I was listening to: like club music I think. My coffee was very good. I had something called Magic. I also had the waffle bites. Actually, they tasted like donuts not really waffles. Too much sugar in the waffle mix. Still I ate it. Other than that, it's a pretty laid-back place to come to and hang out and relax if you want to listen to that music.

Best coffee we had in Thailand

We liked this place so much we went back a second time. There are lots of coffee options here. I'm a tea person, not a coffee expert at all, but I was really impressed with the selection of brews and the foam art is insane. Just beautiful. You can't choose what art they make for you (and I think it's somewhat dependent upon the size of the cup you order - more space equals more complicated art) but you can't help but enjoy it. A cup will set you back about $1 (U.S.) here - how can you beat that?

World Latte Art Championship

Because of “World Latte Art Championship” Guarantee that make Ristr8to Coffee always full. Since first time I’m here we looking for coffee shop not far from the hotel, Ristr8to is that choice. Not only good Latte Art but we can try imported famous coffee around the world. We stand front of the shop a bit long time because shop quite small and always full some of customer stay for take some good photo before they leave. Ritr8to is one of recommended in lovely city we call “Chiangmai”

Exceptional Coffee and Service

This is one of the best coffee houses in all of Chiang Mai. Beautifully roasted beans, and every cup seems to be prepared with care. Friendly staff too! Whenever we are in the Nimman area we can't help but stop in.

Beautiful latte art and delicious coffee (with decaf and vegan options)

One of the best coffees I’ve ever had, with beautiful latte art and a very urban atmosphere. There’s also desserts and coffee based cocktails. The staff are lovely and provide free drinking water. They offer decaffeinated coffee and oat milk too!

They serve decaf!

They serve decaf! For health reasons I eliminate/reduce caffeine in my diet, but I like the taste of coffee and was thrilled they could make any drink decaf. My caffeine fiend boyfriend liked their drinks as well. Though we abstained, they have desserts you can order with your coffee, too, that looked good.

Incredible Coffee

This place was recommended by the hotel as the best coffee in Chiang Rai but I would go further and say it is the best coffee from a coffee shop we have had by a long way. I guess you could say we are coffee snobs so we were rapt to find this place. We ended up going back two more times it was so good. Importantly each visit was as good as the previous one, so the quality is consistent. My wife also tried the Mocha, and she said it was the best drink she had ever had. Needless to say, we suggest you go if you are in Chiang Mai.

The king of cool (for hot coffee)

I stumbled into this place before realizing all of the acclaim. I ordered off the specialty drinks. I was impressed and bought some beans and merch to bring back with me. As I drank and read about it all, I realized I was supposed to order a hot drink. The coffee and the vibe and the staff were good enough that when I was in the area the next day, I did just that. I don't think you can drink too much coffee in Chiang Mai, if so, this is the place to try to do it.

Good tasye of coffee

My friend recommend this coffee shop to us. I ordered Cigaretto Coffee. I smell of coffee is good amd the taste is thick. I loved it . The area inside is relax and can chat woth my friends very freely. Their signature coffe has been get a prize also.

This is not just the best coffee in Chiang Mai, but amongst the best coffee I have tasted on this planet. Came across this gem by accident and can’t emphasise how great an accident it was. Highly recommended!

Word Best Coffee

Great coffee in Chiang Mai
