My husband and I went to Taa-Peng-Cat for breakfast. It was a close walk from our hotel, the Chankam Boutique. We were both sorry we only had one chance to dine there! It was a delightful experience. The seating is on a cute patio with greenery-- nice and atmospheric. The menu is varied, with lots of fresh fruit smoothies and... More

My wife and I came here and it was incredible. Simple menu but everything was outstanding. I had the tuna panini and a shake, with a cinnamon roll for desert (one of the best I've ever had). Enjoy!

Went twice during my stay in Chiang Mai. Good fruit shakes. Breakfast options include egg based dishes and yogurt with granola with tons of fruit. There are also several types of paninis and fresh spring rolls. Vegetarian options available.

This is by far my favourite lunch spot in Chiang Mai! The food is always absolutely delicious and the coffee is awesome, made from freshly ground local beans by a great barista. Highly recommend try the vegetarian panini and fresh spring rolls. There's also always same-day baked cakes, brownies, etc to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings!

Food was quite ok, but nothing special. Waiter was unfriendly, no "welcome", no "good bye thank you", no smile. He never removed our empty dishes even though he was not busy. No other customers! He even started to close down other tables around us at 16.10, even though the sign said closing time 17.00 and last order 16.30. It made... More

I'm staying at Deejai Backpackers and trip advisor showed this place as the nearest best restaurant. I can confirm, my meal and banana shake were delicious. Also inexpensive. The menu is small and everything is made with care. Feels like I'm in Vancouver or Oregon. Delicious.

This cafe has a lovely, zen, and friendly atmosphere. I was pleased by their attention to detail in everything from the handmade menus to the little wooden cats that listed the wifi password. Super friendly staff that speak good English. Fans outside for when it gets too hot. The food was delicious and inexpensive, I only wish there were more... More

Taa Peng Cat is a great place to go for breakfast/lunch as the meals are great! I would recommend the curry chicken panini as it is so delicious! The only negative thing about this place is that Taa Peng Cat lets smokers smoke in their restaurant/café.
