We went early in the morning and we're greeted by smiling staff. Not much English spoken. We were sat down and two bowls of delicious pho appeared on our table. We weren't given a menu...I don't know if they have one. But the food was delicious some of the best pho we've had in Vietnam. Lots of mushrooms and bamboo... More

As mentioned in previous reviews, staff do not speak much English but it's really no problem. Food was just average, underwhelming and fried noodles had some strange fake meat type stuff that was absolutely disgusting. Stick to crispy green things, please! We just left these on the plate and the rest was decent, though nothing worth raving about. Free hot... More

This place is great for quick tasty vegetarian food, it's so cheap as well! You can eat a lot and play a little. The spring rolls are good, as the wonton soup! Fantastic spot for lunch.

Having read other trip advisor reports we visited here. We loved the most of basic local here. Food was very good, tasted lovely. The beer was only served slightly chilled with a glass of ice. It would have been better ice cold in the first place. We visited at lunchtime and were the only local people there . The service... More

We went to number 26 no d appearing after number just 26. It was street food with local construction workers. We went for dinner. Lady solo could not speak much English. We had a soup consisting of pork which was very grissly and fatty. Added to it a pile of veggies and cooked on the stove ourselves. We didn't bother... More

I thought this might be a challange, as advised in TA they have very little English language skills, however they are very friendly and happy. All you do is point at what looks interesting and they pile your plate. Some things were obvious, others not so, spring rolls, tofu, broccoli, cauliflower and peppers were all easy to spot others like... More

We went to An Lac 2 tonight on the strength of Trip Advisor reviews and as it was close to our hotel. Although they spoke very little english, we just pointed to whatever looked OK to us: there were crunchy things with sesame, aubergine, steamed green vegetables, and a nice curry soup with tofu and sweet potato. We are not... More

Fantastic vegetarian food - I went 4 times, first to get Pho Chay which was great (20,000), the next 2 times got rice with an assortment of yummy things on it (25,000) and the fourth time got fresh spring rolles to go (4 for 16,000). The staff was very friendly even though english was limited, though they had an english... More
